Enter the path of spiritual development

Welcome to Our Retreat
"The path of spiritual growth is a path of lifelong learning."
At The Spiritual Club, we focus on deepening your connection to yourself though a variety of transformative practices. Our relationship with ourselves grows stronger when we place ourselves in meaningful, challenging situations and learn to navigate them with awareness. This process strengthens our inner resilience and helps us understand our personal power.
Traditionally practices such as martial arts and yoga were introduced from a young age to cultivate strength focus and discipline - enhancing both physical and mental well-being. Over time many of these traditions have faded and in the modern world people often externalise their power, creating a disconnect from their true potential.
At The Spiritual Club, we are committed to revitalising these approaches through thoughtfully designed programs that include physical and verbal challenges, energy transmutation practices, sharing circles, tarot as well as rest and reflection sessions. Integrating and embodying what you learn in these sessions is essential for genuine personal growth.

What our sessions involve
We aim to hold a variety of holistic group based workshops to aid in character and spiritual development. Workshops usually contain between 3-6 people, may range between 1-6 hours and will incorporate a range of tasks to help overcome fears, push boundaries and expand our consciousness. These sessions are for people who want to take accountability for their growth and wish to challenge themselves mentally, physically and spiritually. Below are some activities which will be involved in our sessions. Each activity will be carefully guided through by our guide Mr. Sharad Nakarja or other teachers who are well experienced in the field of wellness, healing and personal development.

1) Public speaking
Face the fear of rejection by standing and speaking in front of a group of people. After undergoing several warm up exercises to warm our vocal cords and get our energy flowing, participants will be given the opportunity to take turns speaking in front of the group. This exercise is great for helping us be seen in front of crowds and teaches us how to stand in our power.

2) Breathwork, sauna and ice bath
Breathwork has been used for many year in ancient spiritual practices and has many benefits. The breath aka. Prana (life force) can oxygenate the entire body, relax the entire nervous system and move your energy throughout your body. Breathwork is important before taking on an ice bath challenge.
Take part in our hot / cold challenge by relaxing in our steam sauna and then (if you are brave enough), taking a dip in an ice bath. Not for the feint hearted, this challenge is great for mental and physical resilience and has proven to help with chronic ailments and improve our focus.

3) Sharing circle & Tarot reading
Sharing circles are great for exchanging ideas and for learning from one another. We will take time here to answer our own questions in a journal and exchange them with one another. An optional tarot reading will be available for whoever wants extra divine guidance.

4) Meditation, cacao & sound baths
Full relaxation without distractions is rare and can be very healing with the frequencies emitted from our sound bath instruments. Taking time to let go and connect with yourself is important and may be one of the most important steps if you wish to grow spiritually.

5) Ecstatic dance
Get ready to move with our ecstatic dance sessions. Ecstatic dance allows us to feel completely free without the use of alcohol or substances. To move and enjoy music freely whilst connecting with ourselves and others is a great feeling and we want to promote that message. Enjoy freedom and shake off stuck energy from the day.
